Hey Weekend Warriors – why you only gettin it on the weekends? Let’s be honest – If you can do it on the weekends you can do it during the week also. Your health and your body are worth more than just 2 days a week!
It might not be easy and you might be really pressed for time during the week but look, you’ve gotta make a commitment to yourself.
So here’s what you’re gonna do: Tomorrow, plan your week.
Pick 2 days during the week to ADD to your weekend workouts. That will give you 4 workouts for the week! And here’s how you need to set it up:
Tomorrow you’re not just gonna pick a day, but you’re gonna pick an exact time for your workout.
Pick the time that works best. If you’re not sure what that is yet – use next week to experiment. On Day 1: try an early time. Day 2: try right after work or at night. Trying different times will allow you to see what you like. You are more likely to do what you like and what makes you feel good, especially when it starts to get hard. The time of day you workout can play a big part in this. The following week, use that best time for your workout and hit it hard – even if it’s only 10 minutes.
